A weekly series of images I shoot to reflect what I'm grateful for.
For friends that "get" me, listen, and support me, who have a good sense of humor, and totally keep me humble when my team loses the World Series.
So, so grateful to get out of the city and into the wilderness this past weekend. I feel like my peace and my sanity were restored. Nature balances me.
Took a big loop and hit Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, Lake Mary, Strawberry, and finally, Payson. Beautiful, beautiful day.
Jerome, Arizona. It's a thing down here in the Southwest. Stamping mountains with great big initials, that is.
Hiking trails near Flagstaff and having two of my favorite boys with me.
Grateful for taking new roads on a whim just to get that "golden" light and watch the sun set. All landscape photos below are near Payson.
And finally, to a husband that will hold squirming, semi-wild kittens so I can take pictures of them. Anybody want one??
Grateful, grateful, grateful from the bottom of my heart.
