A weekly series of images I shoot to reflect what I'm grateful for.
Relearning film. Thankful for that. My first roll of film from my (new-to-me) old 35 mm Minolta, Maxxum 450 si model. Nothing fancy, but a good challenge. Makes me pause and really consider each shot. All images shot on Kodak Max 400 color film, 24 exposure. At some point, I accidentally turned on the date stamp. Lesson learned. Photos have NOT been edited.
Thankful for beautiful Arizona sunsets and the smell of pine in my backyard.
Thankful for this sweet face and her funny antics.
Thankful for her free spirit even when she tests my patience.
Thankful for the surprising beauty of the desert and the roads that brought me here.
Thankful for monsoons in the desert, raindrops on windows, the calm of a rainy night.
So incredibly thankful for this quiet, observant boy. He has my heart.
Blessings to you, my friends. I hope you are having a happy week.
