Raise your hand if you ate too much on Thanksgiving.
Raise your hand if you ate too much the day after.
Raise your hand if you had your Mom's fantastic homemade rolls from Thanksgiving dinner for breakfast. With butter. And peach butter.
Yep. Me stinking too. I've been in a food coma for days now. I sort of feel like a roly-poly. Or Templeton from Charlotte's Web after he goes all glutton-y at the fair.
Because I went all food-gluttonous and then threw in sitting on a plane for several thousand miles, I have a strong desire to hit the reset button. So you can bet that I'll be doing this routine a couple of times this week.
I really like this routine because it is beginner-friendly and all the twisting and turning heats you up and gets things moving along. Gets that gravy squeezed out of all the nooks and crannies. Huzzah for that.
Here's to hitting the reset button!
Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving! I have had an amazing week - a few sweet days in California and then home with my family in the Midwest. Expect a lot of pictures this week.
