Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you, my friends!
I hope your holidays are full of joy.
I hope you allow yourself to feel all your feelings - the good and the not-so-good and remember to pause, to breathe, to be. To take a moment for yourself if that's necessary and be okay with doing so.
Not everyone finds this the "happiest time of the year," and that's okay. Remember - this time of year doesn't have to be perfect. It can be messy and bumbling and lovely and frustrating and funny. It can be heartbreaking if you're missing someone this year (or every year) or difficult if Life has been hard lately. And that's okay. Take it one moment at a time. Press the easy button and make sure to take time for self-care. And look, look, look for the good.
I hope you know you are loved.
I hope you know your value and that you are important.
I hope you know that I am grateful to have you here, sharing this space, and that I am so blessed by your support and goodness.
And I hope that you'll watch Christmas Vacation or Prancer or Elf at least once and snort with laughter. I hope your belly is full of good, good food.
Blessings to you, my friends. Here's to looking for the good.
